Hi tokka,
Can't really name/remember any restaurants. They were basically mom and pop type. Small local chains. Kid Stuff sold over 800,000 figures with the promotion, so they are out there.
Chuck Fiala of Bullet Crow fame did the marketing artwork for Kid Stuff.
The pin-up art is by Mitch ( The Angry Beavers) Schauer with inks by yours truly!
