CBS Television Distribution holds the rights to the Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa television episodes.
It is a television distribution company, a merger of the television distribution arms of CBS Paramount Domestic Television,CBS Paramount International Television and King World Productions. The division was formed on September 26, 2006.

The company handles distribution rights to series from King World.

No they don't. DiC has owned the series ever since it was spun-off from Disney, and recently, Cookie Jar bought DiC. Now Cookie Jar owns the series lock, stock, and barrel. Here's their link: http://www.thecookiejarcompany.com/cj_shows_wildwestboys.php
